Dundathu is a suburb of Central Coast, Queensland and is about 225 kms north of QLD's capital city of Brisbane. In the 2011 Australian census the population of Dundathu was 434 when there were 203 Females and 231 Males living there. The median age for people living in Dundathu was 40. One of the old settlements in Maryborough is at a place called Dundathu. Here the first timber mill was established in the 1800s. The timber was bought down the river and carted to the Timber Mill by horse and cart. The timber mill burnt down in the 1900s.Points of Interest
