Horsham is a regional city in the Wimmera region of western Victoria, Australia. Located on the Wimmera River. In June 2015, Horsham has a population of approximately 15,890 (Census SA2 2011, ABS)and is in the Horsham Rural City Council area. It is the most populous city in the Wimmera region, and it is the main administrative centre for the Rural City of Horsham local government area.
