Wamuran is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland and is about 51 kms north-northwest of QLD's capital city of Brisbane. Wamuran is a small town and a locality in the Moreton Bay Region in Queensland, Australia. Wamuran is located west of the larger centre of Caboolture, and southeast of D'Aguilar. In the 2011 Australian census the population of Wamuran was 2,850 when there were 1,386 Females and 1,464 Males living there. The median age for people living in Wamuran was 37.
