Cedar Vale is a locality in the City of Logan, Queensland, Australia. In the 2011 census, Cedar Vale had a population of 2,971. Formerly in the Shire of Beaudesert, Cedar Vale became part of Logan City following the local government amalgamations in March 2008. Cedar Grove and Cedar Vale are neighbouring rural/residential localities immediately south of Jimboomba, 44 km south of central Brisbane. They are separated by the Mount Lindesay Highway. Cedar Grove's northern boundary is the Logan River, and Cedar Vale's is Scrubby Creek, a tributary of the Logan.
